Multi-mold rotary injection molding machine is a special type with multiple operating station, mold closing process equipped rotary disk platform. This type of injection molding machine provide full plasticizing capacity of the injection device, can shorten the production cycle and improve the production capacity. According to its structural characteristics can be divided into horizontal and vertical machine.

3. Rotary platform servo scheme
According to filling quantity and rotation angle, multi-mold rotary injection molding machine can be divided into: two injection stations, three stations, four stations, six stations, eight stations or more.
Stars Technology rotary platform servo scheme mainly includes two parts: servo motor and servo drive. And the drive is designed from actual requirement of injection molding machine control.
Through specialized algorithms and control procedures, upper computer only need a small amount of IO to achieve rotary platform servo control, simple and convenient, so the integration, installation, adjusting, maintenance of injection molding machine becomes much easier.

5. Application examples
1) Vertical injection molding machine, the requirements are as follows: The total Transmission ratio is 105.
2) 3 station, working mode: 120 degrees, the true story of 120 degrees, reversing the 240 degrees.
3) The positioning error of the gear backlash is 0.16 degrees.
